Declan Donnelly and his wife Ali Astall is going to be a mother and a father of a child. Just after few hours of declaring the pregnancy, Astall was in a good mood as she stepped out.
Ali appeared to be in excellent condition while she was heading to her local train station in London. She wore a pale pink coat over a bright navy sweater and shirt.
To-be-dad Declan couldn’t hide his happiness as he smiled at photographers as he left the house after his wife. Moreover, the proud dad took the news to his Instagram account.
A short time before the confirmation, The Sun reported,
“Dec and Ali are both absolutely delighted to be expecting, especially as they have been trying for some time.”
they added;
“They have both always wanted a family but worried that it might not happen to them. They have been keeping the pregnancy a closely guarded secret, but now that Ali is safely over 12 weeks they are starting to let people know.”
Reportedly, Ali told her close colleagues that she would be taking a break to enjoy an ‘easy’ pregnancy and to look after herself.
There were rumors that the couple knew about their pregnancy shortly after her husband Declan left the Australian jungle following the last series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
Previously, Declan, English television presenter, and actor, opened up about his want for children. According to a source, in an interview, Declan expressed that, “kids are absolutely one of the things on the cards for us.”
Dec also announced on his twitter account that he would be hosting the last two episode of ‘Saturday Night Takeaway’ all alone for the first time in the duo’s, (Dec and his bff Ant McPartlin) career.
