Amanda Brown died on 1st May, 2021, at the age of 50. Her husband Sam discovered Amanda Brown on the floor of their Docklands apartment on Saturday evening, according to the Herald Sun.
The report says that the emergency services were alerted at around 8pm, but she was unresponsive.
Eddie McGuire, a friend and former colleague, said on the Fox Footy channel on Sunday that Sam “came home from going out with a couple of friends yesterday and found his wonderful wife Amanda dead on the floor of his apartment.”
Eddie said Sam was “clearly devastated by the whole situation”.
