Masterchef Billie McKay relocated to England less than a month after winning to work at Heston Blumenthal’s Michelin-starred The Fat Duck restaurant.
“Working there was amazing, but it wasn’t what I wanted long-term,” she says, explaining that her long-term ambition is to create a restaurant.
