Renowned Australian chef Tony Bilson is no more, the Godfather of modern Australian cuisine Tony Bilson died peacefully in his home on Thursday night.
76-year old Tony Bilson has been touted as one of the nation’s ‘greats’, famous for his French-inspired takes on Australian dishes.

Bilson is survived by his second wife, Amanda, and four adult children.Â
