He is open to feedback and a fast learner, having learned to cook from YouTube videos and gleaning strategies from all over the world. Some of his sources of inspiration are chefs Kylie Kwong, Frank Shek, Josh Niland and David Chang. Dan hopes to establish a food truck based in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.
Apart from cooking, he enjoys spending time in the gym or in garden. Likewise, he also loves catching up with friends and hanging out with his dogs at the park.
