A female prison officer was dismissed from Parklea Correctional Centre after caught sending VALENTINE’S DAY card to a male inmate.
Tara Brooks a female prison officer has been dismissed from Parklea Correctional Centre after an alleged relationship with male inmate Hassan Zreika in a Sydney prison. Following inquiries on Wednesday, Tara Brooks was arrested at a home at Stanhope Gardens, in Sydney’s North-west.

Tara Brooks which is also a glamorous model used to work as a female prison officer at Parklea Correction Centre in Sydney. Tara Brooks has been dismissed after she was uncovered when she sent a Valentine’s Day card to her boyfriend Hassan Zreika at Parklea Correction Centre in Sydney.
Management at Parklea Prison began investigating Tara Brooks this week after tracing the Valentine’s Day card when Hassan Zreik returned backed the same card to Tara Brooks. The prison management has discovered Tara Books mobile number which she gave to Hassan Zreika on a piece of paper. The Piece of paper was found inside the pillow.
During their investigations, prison management discovered Ms. Brooks’ mobile phone number written on a piece of paper in Zreika’s cell. The management revealed that the pair had been involved in a regular phone conversation. A number of letters were found which were written from the prison officer to the inmate.
Tara Brooks was charged with the offense for breaking safety risk to a correctional center but has been released on bail and will appear in Blacktown Local Court on March 7.
