Mr. Thompson, who spent 13 seasons as the football operations leader of the team, built the Packers into one of the best and most consistent teams in the NFL.

Late football player Ted Thompson revealed that he was diagnosed with an autonomic disorder on May 8, 2019. He cited this reason for his resignation as the general manager of the Packers. While announcing the news, Mr. Thompson said,
