The former model, Tziporah Malkah a.k.a. Kate Fischer received a threatful warning of arrest if she continues to miss her court on her assault charges.
As per the allegations made, Kate Fischer assaulted her then-partner during an incident in January. But Kate Fischer didn’t appear in Victor Harbor Magistrates Court, south of Adelaide.
If she fails to attend the court in May, there will be an arrest warrant for her. Tziporah Malkah currently resides in Sydney. She held charges for biting her ex-partner Guy Vasey.
According to a source, she told the court that she sent an email earlier in the morning which says she and her lawyer will not be attending the court.
And that’s not only the case, she was also assaulting the three SA Police officers at the couple’s Port Elliot home on Australia Day.
Furthermore, she faces another charge of resisting police and disorderly behavior.
Denying all the allegations on social media, Malkah affirms, in her Instagram account, posts that SA police mistreated her. Moreover, claiming that police are responsible for bruises on her arms.
Malkah told the reporters,
“What I can say is that I’m a woman who stands up for herself these days … I’ve been bullied a lot, particularly in relationships,”
she added;
“I don’t deny fighting for myself, and I don’t deny standing up for myself.”

‘thanks for your concern I am fine despite what Tz says to me.’
It wasn’t that long when Malkah and her ex-partner claimed they were back after a violent public split. They had split before too with an outrageous facebook war.
The same year 2018 around January before parting ways, Malkah declared that her relationship is back on with her now-ex-boyfriend Guy Vasey.
As per source, Malkah told the magazine,
‘We fight hard, we love hard!’
She also explained the reason for their dispute saying,
‘Some posts from him were pretty irritating and so I let him know this. Then it all went from there!’

Malkah, previously engaged to wealthy businessman James Packer. But the relationship didn’t last long and ended in 1988. The pair were together for five years with a two-year engagement. From then, she spent much of her time living in the United States.
Moving on, she is flaunting her 19 kg weight loss. She promised to lose her weight when her doctor considered her “morbidly obese.” She was almost 120 kg and had an impressive weight loss of 19 kg.
Malkah found her teenage love, who is now her ex-boyfriend Guy Vasey, in the TV show ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!’
A source says, one of her friends told the publication,
“Guy has been training her and walking with her each day to encourage her, because she genuinely wants to get her body back in shape — it’s working!”
Other than that she performed in the TV shows like ‘All Saints’ (2002), ‘Murder Call’ (1998), and ‘Twisted’ (1996).
