Tech billionaire and co-founder of Broadcom Henry Nicholas III have been arrested with his supposed girlfriend Ashley Fargo in Las Vegas on Tuesday after the Security at Encore Hotel found Ashley Fargo unresponsive with a semi-deflated balloon in her mouth.
The paramedics were called at the scene who were able to revive Fargo after which the hotel security questioned Nicholas about the contents of the balloon.
Encore personnel has had a fair share of such case which led them to call the police. When the Las Vegas Metropolitan police arrived, they found a large quantity of heroin, cocaine, meth, and ecstasy in possession of guilty party.
The police suspect that the couple was involved in drug trafficking. Henry Nicholas and Ashley Fargo were taken into custody but they had since been released.

We can assume that they have been dating since. The couple has not been very vocal about their relationship. Nor have they announced their relationship publicly. So there is only speculation if their relationship is of just of pleasure nature or serious.
Though the guilty parties have been released for now, Nicholas’ attorney has stated that they were investigating the circumstance of Nicholas’ arrest. It’s not the first time Nicholas has had trouble with the law.
Back in 2008, Nicholas had been indicted on charges of distribution of illegal substances. However, Henry Nicholas has been cleared of all charges. Nicholas had said,
“I have long held a deep and abiding faith in the American justice system.”
Ashley Fargo had been in Las Vegas to celebrate her friend’s birthday, or so she claims. She could be seen in her Instagram posts with her friend all over Vegas. She had checked in at the same hotel, where Nicholas had been staying. It is unclear if it is a coincidence or Ashley Fargo had plans to meet her boyfriend Henry Nicholas.
