Aussie Actor Martin Lynes, Former Home and Away and All Saints actor has been jailed for at least five years following his sexual assault charges. The Jury found 50 years old Martin Lynes guilty over aggravated sexual assault last August in the Gosford District Court.
Martin Lynes was announced guilty as he was found attacking a woman at home in Bateau Bay at the Central Coast.
Following news.com.au Martin Lynes was found not guilty of two charges which are of having sexual intercourse without consent and occasioning actual bodily harm.

Martin Lynes who time and again denied all the charges of assaulting and raping a woman between May 2015 and February 2016 at his home in Bateau Bay, on Friday has been sentenced to at least 2 years and six months behind bars.

The statement on Martin Lynes sexual assault case given by Crown prosecutor Rebeka Court reads;
“When the complainant lay on the couch Lynes grabbed her by the head with both hands and started banging her head up and down on the couch,” “The accused then pulled her up by the head, lifting her off the couch and started verbally abusing her.
Rebeka Court added;
“When the complainant started to try and scream he placed his hands over her mouth and around her throat and dug his fingers into her face and it was at this point the complainant lost control of her bladder and wet herself.”
Following the horrific incident, the women was treated in Gosford Hospital.
