A man in his late sixties, Harvey Weinstein is lately a subject to leading headlines. A week ago, Harvey Weinstein faced charges of “rape, criminal sex act, sex abuse and sexual misconduct for incidents involving two separate women.”
Lucia Evans, one of the victim says Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex in 2004. The other woman, who remains unidentified, alleges that Weinstein raped her at Manhattan hotel in 2013.

The New York Police arrested Harvey in Manhattan, but he was later discharged after bail. As of now, he is on trials. However, his lawyer Benjamin Brafman says Harvey would not plead guilty.
