Australian Idol Denvah is a singer-songwriter and musician from Rockhampton, Central Queensland. Denvah has caused quite a stir in the Australian country music market since her debut in 2018.

Denvah’s lovely yet distinct voice catches people’s attention, while her down-to-earth appeal and quirky charm connect her with the audience and make them feel right at home.

Denvah debuted in the Australian country music industry in 2020 with the much-anticipated release of her self-penned debut EP, ‘Just the Beginning’. Denvah’s first two singles, ‘My Favourite’ and ‘Do it Again’, peaked at #6 and #7 on the Countrytown Official Top 50 Australian Chart in the months following her sold-out launch concert, which also featured Brad Butcher and Felicity Urquhart, and remained in the top ten for several weeks. Her songs were played on numerous commercial and community radio stations around the country, including Kix Country, ABC Country, ABC Local, 4AAA, Triple M Country, and IHeart Country, to name a few.

Denvah has performed at a number of festivals and events, including Tamworth Country Music Festival, Groundwater Country Music Festival, Gympie Music Muster, NQ’s Rock’n Country, One Hot Night, Legend and the Locals, Hats off to Country Festival (Virtual), Country on Keppel, The Village Festival, Capricorn Food and Wine Festival, Keppel Vibes, Rockhampton River Festival, and Country on Kershaw.

Along the way, she has collaborated with, performed with, and supported artists such as Kasey Chambers, Lee Kernaghan, Busby Marou, Troy Cassar-Daley, Brad Butcher, Felicity Urquhart, Melanie Dyer, Caitlyn Shadbolt, Fanny Lumsden, James Johnston, Darlinghurst, and Shannon Noll, as well as received widespread praise and support from other musicians and industry professionals.

Denvah was named Young Citizen of the Year at the Rockhampton Australia Day Awards in January 2021, for her contributions to the arts and volunteer activities. In March 2022, she was named to the Courier Mail’s CQ’s Most Influential 30 Under 30 list.

Denvah’s most thrilling year to date was marked by a series of amazing achievements. She was selected ‘One to Watch’ in the May/June edition of the Tamworth Country Music Capital News after being an outstanding Toyota Star Maker Grand Finalist in January. In August, she was named Open Winner of the Gympie Music Muster Talent Search and Runner-Up of NQ’s Rock’n Country Reboot. Denvah was victorious in the Groundwater Kix-Start Competition in October.

Denvah’s most recent single, ‘Do Without,’ was published in October 2023 and spent 15 weeks on Australia’s Countrytown Official Hot 50 charts, with 8 of those weeks in the top 20. ‘Do Without’ was also among Kix Country’s 50 most played songs in 2023.
