During a relay challenge, she called the process ‘Chinese Whispers.’ At that time, Sheffield said,
‘Our dish is going to be honeycomb, a honey tulle, and an ice-cream. The team relay is definitely a bit like Chinese whispers,’ ‘With four people cooking across different time frames, communication really is key.’
However, some viewers showed no sign of being impressed with the word ‘Chinese Whispers.’
On the other hand, while making cinnamon whiskey ice cream with choc mousse honeycomb, MasterChef Sheffield said that she lacked confidence. Speaking to the camera, MasterChef Kristen Sheffield said,
“I’ve looked at the application for a few years in a row now. I’ve never gone through with it – I think I just lacked a bit of self-confidence,”
“I’m not normally the kind of person that puts ourselves in the spotlight so I’ve told myself that it’s not something that I can do, but when I’ve cooked, that’s honestly when I’ve felt most like myself.”

Before gaining fame as the contestant of the show ‘MasterChef season Australia‘, Sheffield worked as an Urban planner. Currently, Kristen Sheffield age is 27 but MasterChef Kristen Sheffield birthdate is not revealed as of yet.
She was born in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa and as a child, she used to help her grandmother with baking. The basis of her culinary education is the collection of handwritten recipe book given by her grandmother.
At 13 years old, she and her family moved to Australia. Sheffield completed her Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies. Later on, she completed a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning eventually graduating in the year 2014.
