Magda Szubanski is an English-born Australian actress, comedian & writer. She is popularly known for her acting in Babe (1995) and Babe: Pig in the City (1998) as Esme Hoggett. Last year she became one of the prominent faces of the Australian Marriage Equality Campaign.
She is also known for providing Vox for Happy Feet (2006). Her voice was of Miss Viola in the movie. When Magda was just 10 y/o- she led a team on a quiz show It’s Academic.
Prior to her film debut, Magda starred in Television daily soaps. Fast Forward (1989-1992) & Kath and Kim (2002-2007).
