It’s amazing how all aspects of life change for the best when you put your interests first and stop trying to be like others or like what is considered to be "the norm." ⠀ My typical trip before: two-three museum visits per day, shop till you drop, photos in front of every landmark, a pile of cheap souvenirs. I guess all of that was driven by my internal insecurity – I feared that this might be my last trip for the near future, so I tried to do what other people did and didn't really think what interests me. ⠀ My trip now: good hotel, because I will be spending more than a half of my trip there relaxing and working, no museums – I realized that art is not something that interests me right now, I am more excited about people and local companies, so I switched from excursions to meetings. Good food and a lot of sleep is a must for my body after long flights. I spend less time taking pictures – I take the ones that would remind me of an atmosphere, not the touristy ones. ⠀ You get a lot more results when you remove things that you don’t actually need from your life. ⠀ 🇷🇺Удивительно, как меняются в лучшую сторону все аспекты жизни, когда на первое место ставишь свои интересы, а не пытаешь соответствовать “стандартам” и быть как остальные. ⠀ Мое путешествие раньше: бешеный ритм, по 2-3 музея в день, перекусы на ходу, шоппинг как в последний раз, фото на фоне каждой достопримечательности, гора дешевых сувениров. Был постоянный страх, что это путешествие последнее на ближайшее время и хотелось все по максимуму, забив на то, что интересно мне. Смотрела на то, как это делают другие и делала так же. ⠀ Мое путешествие сейчас: комфортный отель, потому что я проведу в нем половину времени поездки отдыхая и делая дела; почти не ходим в музеи – осознала, что искусство – не то, что меня притягивает, меня притягивают местные компании и люди, поэтому вместо экскурсий – встречи. Хорошая еда и длинный сон, чтобы не травмировать без того уставший от перелетов организм. Минимум фото – в основном атмосферные, а не шаблонные. ⠀ Намного больше результатов получается, когда убираешь лишнее и навязанное из жизни, а оставляешь только то, ради чего хочется просыпаться сутра.

  2. No, actually @pitolayko was dating her since 2010 and got married in 2017. In December 2019, she had a daughter called Emily. So, her relationship statue is MARRIED AND A MOM!
