The ex-husband of call girl Dalia Dippolito, Mike Dippolito is a convicted conman. Ms. Dippolito was found guilty of hiring a man to murder her then-husband, Michael ‘Mike’ Dippolito.
In 2009, Dalia Dippolito was secretly captured by the authorities promising to recruit a hitman to kill her husband and then staged a crime scene to make it seem like the plot was successful.
Cameras then caught her reaction to what, according to ABC, she believed was the murder of her husband. Since being found guilty of soliciting first-degree murder, Dalia Dippolito was sentenced to 16 years in prison in 2017.

The supposed hitman whom Dalia hired was her friend and undercover Boynton Beach police officer.
Besides, Dalia Dippolito sought custody of the couple’s townhouse in Palm Beach County and the bank account of her husband, prosecutors claimed. They even argued that she needed him out of the way so she could rekindle her relationship with an old boyfriend.
In 2011, for the first time, Dalia Dippolito went on trial and was found guilty of solicitation to commit first-degree murder. The judge sentenced her to 20 years in prison.
During her sentencing, prosecutors argued that she should be sentenced to 30 years, while her lawyers pushed for two years and probation. Her lawyers chalked it up to a one-time mistake and said that raising her son, who was just 14 months old, was important to the former escort.
Michael said he was unfairly depicted as a wife beater by Dalia and her lawyers attempted to make him look horrible to justify her acts somehow.
Telemarketing Scam
Mike Dipolito pled guilty to charges of organized fraud and unlicensed telemarketing after he was arrested in March 2002 for his telemarketing scam.
Dippolito was sentenced to two years in state prisons, but he ended up serving just seven months because of the time he had spent in prison awaiting trial. He also told the Boynton Beach police that out of $191,000 expected to cover the restitution, his wife scammed him.
