One of Australian greatest guitar legend Phil Emmanuel has passed away following an asthma attack in Parkes, New South Wales. Guitar legend Phil Emmanuel was reported to be staying with his brother Darcy.
Phil Emmanuel, 65, was due to perform at the Cootamundra Hotel, which was booked this weekend and he also had various other shows.
Talking about the sudden death of legend Phil Emmanuel, his brother Darcy in a statement said;
“On behalf of the family, it is with great sadness that I announce the passing of our much loved brother, Philip Ernest Emmanuel,”
he added;
“We are all devastated.”
Following Phil Emmanuel sudden death many of his well wishes poured the condolences through social media.

Phil Emmanuel brother Tommy Emmanuel who is also another Australia star guitarist is on tour for his London performance at the moment. Just weeks ago Phil Emmanuel sister Virginia Grace also died at the age of 69 on April 14.
Australian guitar legend Phil Emmanuel was survived by his wife Amanda and his four children Jessie Maree, Jamie Lee, Georgia Dee and Marshall Travis.
