Rhone Talsman was born in the year 1991, he grew up in Chicago, Plainfield, Illinois with his family. Regarding his education, Rhone went to Plainfield Central High School and later enrolled at DePaul University from where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Women’s and Gender Studies. He attended the university from 2011 to 2015 where he studied minor subjects in LGBTQ and graphic design.
In 2018, he completed his Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) from the university. Later, he declares himself as a member of the American Library Association. Apart from this, Talsma works in the field of information where he has been working in public libraries in the same role since six years and also develops educational materials and evaluates library programmes and operations.
