Sashi Cheliah’s mom was an owner of a cafe in Singapore when he was young. Therefore, he inherited cooking skills since his childhood. He learned from his aunts and mom at his home-business environment itself.
Additionally, while working as an officer (prison); he became highly trained. Sashi was equipped with special tactical skills & rescue operation. As a result, Cheliah is an accomplished man. He has good culinary knowhows and duty force skills.

Masterchef season 10 Australia aired on 7 May 2018 via Network Ten. Gary Mehigan, George Calombaris & Matt Preston are the judges. Shannon Bennett is mentoring the hopeful contestants.
